Dear parents, educators, education partners and outdoor enthusiasts,
COPACS is organizing an event at Cordova Bay School entitled: Environmental Education through Nature Based Experiences.
It will be on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at noon.
K-12 parents and others are welcome to join, along with kids to enjoy a Nature Wagon demonstration and a panel discussion with inspirational stories of environmental education through nature-based experiences.
COPACS is providing refreshments, snacks and door prizes of books, sketch pads and clip boards.
Also, we are looking for volunteers (with existing Criminal Record Checks with Saanich Schools) to help mind children during the panel discussion.
