    RECENT SUPREME COURT DECISION: New Teachers to be Hired

    The Ministry of Education and the BC Teachers Federation have recently reached an agreement that will add over 1000 teachers to the education system in BC. For Saanich this means we will soon be able to hire 12 to 13 new teachers, some in specialist support positions and some in classrooms.

    All next week, we will continue to collect bottles, juice boxes and pop cans.  Please put your contributions in the back of Rose Galdwin's white truck that will be parked out the front of the school.  The money raised will go towards creating exciting learning experiences for our primary students.

    Thank you to all the people that have already dropped off their bottles!!

    Ms. Lail and Mrs. Gladwin will be collecting bottles, juice containers and pop/soda cans on Friday January 6th, 2017!.  

    The money raised will enhance the learning experience of our primary children here at Prospect Lake Elementary.

    Please bring all your contributions to the school on Jan. 6th and place them in back of Mrs. Gladwin's white truck, which will be parked out the front of the school.
