PARKING LOT SAFETY REMINDERS

Over the summer, new line painting has occurred which changes the flow of our parking lots. This has been done with student safety in mind and allows for a change to our bus lane and for students pick up and drop off to occur without crossing traffic.

A Few Reminders…

Please drive slowly and with care through our school parking lots.

Students being dropped off or picked up in the DRIVE THRU LANE must exit and enter their vehicle on the right-hand side (closest to the school).

Parent Parking is available in VISITOR spaces only. These spaces are now located in the upper parking lot, across from the gym.

Staff Parking: All spaces labelled STAFF only for PLES staff members.

Accessibility Parking: There are 3 labelled spots in the upper lot for those with accessibility permits.  Two spaces are in the main lot nearest the school, and one space is available in the roundabout nearest the main entrance.

Additional Parking: Additional parking can be found close by.  There are spaces available on Prospect Lake Road, by Mosi and Save On Gas, at Whitehead Park, as well as at the Prospect Lake Community Hall.

Please note, no pick-up or drop off can occur at the lower parking lot or the roundabout at the front of the school.

Thank you for your help in ensuring that are parking lots are safe spaces for all.
