What is the meeting about? This will be the last general meeting of the year, as well as the AGM. At this meeting we will vote on 2 very critical aspects for running and maintaining the PAC - updates to the constitution and bylaws, and the new executive. To maintain a healthy and functioning PAC, we need to have as many parents involved as possible in both deciding on the framework and regulations that govern how the PAC functions, and managing the day-to-day business in the PAC.
YOUR voice is important. As a parent or guardian, YOU are a member of the Parent Advisory Council (PAC) and are welcome and encouraged to attend the monthly PAC meetings.

PROPOSED PAC CONSTITUTION AND BYLAW AMENDMENTS
At Tuesday's AGM, we would like to propose amendments to our PAC Constitution and Bylaws. Please take a moment to read them over and familiarize yourself with them as there have been many changes. There will be a vote at our meeting to approve the amendments made. Please take a moment to read these documents over.
