What is the meeting about? This will be the last general meeting of the year, as well as the AGM. At this meeting we will be voting on 2 very critical aspects for running and maintaining the PAC - updates to the constitution and bylaws, and the new executive. To maintain a healthy and functioning PAC, we need to have as many parents involved as possible in both deciding on the framework and regulations that govern how the PAC functions, and in actually managing the day-to-day business in the PAC.
YOUR voice is important. As a parent or guardian, YOU are a member of the Parent Advisory Council (PAC) and are welcome and encouraged to attend the monthly PAC meetings.

We are still taking nominations for all positions but are in CRITICAL need of another nomination for Co-President.

PROPOSED PAC CONSTITUTION AND BYLAW AMENDMENTS
At our upcoming June AGM, we would like to propose amendments to our PAC Constitution and Bylaws. Please take a moment to read them over and familiarize yourself with them as there have been many changes. There will be a vote at our meeting to approve the amendments made. Please take a moment to read these documents over.

YEAR-ROUND FUNDRAISERS
Please help us raise funds for our children and school with these ongoing fundraisers:
- Please save your receipts from Country Grocer. Place them in the bucket on top of the wooden PAC mailbox beside Mrs. Blackwell’s desk. This fundraiser helps support our Grade 5 graduating class each year with their camp day and other special graduation activities.
- Looking for a way to donate your empty beverage containers? Head to the Return-It Bottle Depot on Glanford. Just sort and return your empties and ask for your donation to be made to the “Prospect Lake Grade 5 Camp"
