PAC MEETING

We would like to thank everyone that came out to this month’s PAC meeting. Despite the lengthy meeting, it was very successful, and we were able to accomplish a lot. All details from the meeting can be found through the following links:

HALLOWEEN HOWL – THANK YOU!!

What a success!  The dance was well attended, and everyone appeared to have a lot of fun.  We would like to send out a HUGE thank you to everyone that volunteered – YOU made the dance happen. 

Bake sale containers can be picked up next Monday, November 7th, at the Prospect Lake Hall between 8:10-8:40am or 2:45-3:15pm. 

There were a few lost and found items collected at the dance.  If you or your child misplaced something, please connect with the PAC and we can check to see if it was collected.

HOT LUNCHES

The MunchaLunch system is open for ordering the remaining hot lunches for the year.

We would like to send out a big thank you to Diane at Firbanks Farm for your very generous donation of 300 mini pumpkins for the students and the school. 

LOOKING FOR A DISHWASHER…

The staff room at the school is looking for a replacement working dishwasher as their old unit is now dead.  The dishwasher should be a standard under the counter unit, 24”W x 24”D x 35”H.  If you have or know of somebody that may have a working dishwasher they no longer need, our fabulous staff would greatly appreciate the donation.  Please contact us at prospectlakepac@gmail.com if you have any questions or have a unit for donation.

YEAR-ROUND FUNDRAISERS

Please help us raise funds for our children and school with these ongoing fundraisers:  

• Please save your receipts from Country Grocer and your Canadian Tire money. Place them in the bucket on top of the wooden PAC mailbox beside Mrs. Blackwell’s desk 
• If you shop at Cobb’s Bread, please mention Prospect Lake School before you pay. 5% of what you spend comes back to the school. 
• If you shop at Peninsula Co-op or buy gas at Save on Gas, please quote membership number #79184
