Please take a moment to read the following two important messages from our District PAC – the Confederation of Parents’ Advisory Council of Saanich (COPACS).
COPACS EXECUTIVE NEEDS YOUR HELP!!
Our District PAC, COPACS, is desperately seeking volunteers to fill its executive next year. They are currently looking for nominations for the following positions (note: all positions can be shared!):
- President
- Vice
President 1
- Vice President 2
- Secretary
- Treasurer
Without volunteers to serve on the executive, COPACS would have to fold. This would mean no liaison with our School District, no extra funding to support things such as parent education events, no links to the provincial PAC (BCCPAC) and hence to the Ministry of Education, and no organization to connect all the PACs in our District.
So, on behalf of COPACS, and for the sake of the collective parent voice in the education of our children, please, please, consider volunteering for one of these positions.

SD63 BUDGET CONSULTATION SURVEY
The Board of Education is seeking your input in determining budget priorities for the 2022/23 budget year (July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023) and beyond, through completion of a survey. Please take a moment to complete the survey before it closes on May 12, 2022. The link to the survey can be found HERE
