Holiday fundraisers
We are beginning some of our fundraising efforts by offering some great products and gift ideas that you can purchase online. Your support in these fundraisers is especially important this year, as there are many events we cannot organize at this time. The funds we raise with these fundraisers will help us pay for items on the teacher's wish list (including home reading books, classroom funds and items to support more outdoor learning opportunities.)
We hope that you will find something you like and help support our school. We can't do it without you!
Your Child’s Art Cards
All our classes are busy working on art projects for our winter Art Cards. PAC volunteers will take a photo of your child’s art and make it into 5 x 7 inch cards. These high quality cards will be sold as packages of six and will include envelopes. They are a very special part of the holiday season for many school families. Prices are as follows:
6 pack of cards for $15.00 (all with the same image of your child’s art work).
6 pack of mixed cards for $15.00 (a selection of art from different classes).

Poinsettias and wreaths
This winter we are selling
beautiful, locally grown Poinsettias to help raise money for our school
programs. By purchasing a beautiful poinsettia or wreath, not only will you be
spreading holiday cheer, you will also be supporting the many activities we
support here at Prospect Lake!

Hot Lunch Website
Reminder on how to register for https://ples.hotlunches.net/admin/
Parents need to re-register their children every new school year.
Go to https://ples.hotlunches.net/admin/
Click the “register” button at the top right hand corner to sign up.
Our school code is PHL
Enter your name, email address and phone number then a user ID that you will use for access to the system. Enter a password and then enter it again to verify it’s correct. Once registered, you will be logged into the website. Please add your Prospect Lake students by clicking the “students” button below or the “profile” menu tab in order to proceed. Once the students have been added you will be able to place orders by clicking the “order” button below each child’s name. We’ll let you know when the first menu is up and ready.
We strongly encourage you to create an account as we will often use this system for other school events and fundraisers.
The online system is designed to create only one account per family. If you require a second account please enter your user info then submit a support request.
Payment
-Preferred method of payment is online - it prevents lost or late payments and saves a lot of volunteer time. If you select the PayPal tab you can still pay by credit card without having a PayPal account.
-If you wish to pay by cash or cheque we ask that you still input your order online then simply print out a remittance form. Place the form in a sealed envelope along with the cash or cheque (made payable to PLES PAC) and leave it in the PAC box at the office.
Please don’t wait until the last day - Envelopes can take a lot longer than expected to make it to their final destination!
-There is a $0.30 charge for every online payment made.
