PAC Meeting:
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our PAC meeting this week and helped vote on funding some very important items for the school. To view the meeting minutes, budget and Principals report please click HERE.
Upcoming Fundraisers:
We have a few fundraisers coming up! Please keep your eyes open for information about the following Fundraisers:
Purdy's Chocolate fundraiser. Brochures should be coming home next week. Ordering is online.
Holiday Art Card fundraiser. The kids will soon be working hard on holiday art that we will photographed and turn into beautiful cards!
Christmas Poinsettias and plants will soon be available to order, too!
We will also be hosting a Bottle Drive on January 10 from 10-2 at the school SAVE YOUR BOTTLES!
Red Barn Cards will be available again soon.
Volunteers needed:
Each classroom needs a class representative. The role of the class rep is to communicate with the teacher and help in getting information out to parents in the class via email. They are also usually responsible for coordinating a group gift for the teacher at Christmas and at the end of the year. We are still in need of class reps for:
Dv. 1 - Mrs. Evans, Div. 2 - Mr. Stewart, Div. 3 - Ms. Close, Div. 6 - Ms. White, Div. 7 - Mrs. Lail, Div. 9 - Mrs. H, Div. 11 - Mrs. Riddell, and Div. 13 - Mrs. Gladwin. If you are interested in volunteering please email Shelly at shellmci9@gmail.com.
Reserved Parking Spot:
Please be mindful that the reserved parking spot near the office is reserved in the morning at drop off and in the afternoon at pick up. Please do not park in this spot during these times. This parking spot will be reserved until December 1, 2020 at which time it will become a normal parking spot. Thank you.
