Welcome to a new school year! We are excited to see our students on Thursday and Friday for their orientation day. Please see below for the times and what to expect on arrival and dismissal. More details on the structure of the day can be found on Aug 26 Restart post on this site. We are looking forward to reconnecting with our families and welcoming our new ones.
GRADE 1 THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 10th 8:40 -10:10
GRADE 2 THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 10th 12:30-2:00 GRADE 3 THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 10th 12:30-2:00 GRADE 4 FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 11th 8:40-10:10 GRADE 5 FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 11th 8:40-10:10
Arrival
- Staff will be outside to greet students and parents by the covered area
- Hand sanitize and health check in
- Check in table and see your last year’s teacher
- Staff will direct students to bottom field to staff members who will greet them for their orientation
Pick up
- Pick up will be at Adam Kerr Field on orientation day.
- To help us reduce crowds and to prepare for next groups of students, we ask that students leave with their guardians promptly at dismissal time and not remain on the school grounds.
Students will know their new class placement by the end of their orientation day and staff will let students know where to meet on Monday morning.
KINDERGARTEN ORIENTATION
THURSDAY SEPT 10 11:45- 1:15 Kindie (A-L) orientation
FRIDAY SEPT 11 9:10-10:40 Kindie(M-Z) orientation
Arrival
- Please follow signs to nature play space to meet staff.
- Staff will be outside to greet families.
Pick up
- At same location as drop off
- To help us reduce crowds and to prepare for next groups of students, we ask that students leave with their guardians promptly at dismissal time and not remain on the school grounds.
- Staff will call kindergarten families on Friday to confirm class placements
