REPORTING ABSENCES: Please contact the school Safe Arrival Line at 250-727-9993 if you child will be absent or going to be late.

SIGN IN AND OUT: Students who arrive late please sign in at the office. If parents or guest are coming into the school during school hours or need to pick up students early, please come by the office and check in.

MORNING DROP OFF: There will be supervision in the playground at 8:20 until the bell at 8:37. Thanks for coming between this time and not earlier as we want to ensure students have supervision. Students are learning the routine of playing outside in the morning and lining up at the door at the bell. If adults are walking students to their classes, please wait for the bell and join them in the line at the door.

AFTERNOON PICK UP: To avoid congestion in the hallways during pick up time, please meet students outside. For those classrooms without outside doors, your child’s teacher will have an arranged meeting place outdoors.

Our Playground Peace Keepers shared some examples using playground expectations. For example keeping ourselves safe on equipment, helping others find friends and tidying up litter found in our school.
