The Prospect Lake Parent Advisory Council (PAC) would like to welcome families back for another great year. This is the first of the weekly reminders you will receive with important upcoming dates and information about events and fundraisers within our school community.

First PAC meeting
As a parent/guardian of a child at Prospect Lake you are part of our school’s PAC. You can play an important role in your child’s school experience by becoming involved, volunteering and attending meetings. Our first PAC meeting is Tuesday, September 17th at 7:00 pm in the school library. Doors will open at 6:45 pm for tea and some baked goodies. There will be a door prize for one lucky attendee. Open House/Corn Roast
Join the families of Prospect Lake on the evening of Wednesday, September 18th for the school open house and corn roast. Bring a picnic dinner and corn will be provided by the lovely school staff.
Halloween Costume Sale
The PAC will hold a Halloween costume sale on this night. We have some gently used Halloween costumes for sale by donation. If you have any costumes you would like to donate please drop them off in the box in the school office by September 17th.

Volunteering
Your help makes a difference. There are many ways to be a part of your child’s school experience. Please go to ples.hotlunches.net and look for PAC volunteer opportunities.
