IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Public Health Nursing has dropped off immunization records for Grade 1-4 students at Prospect Lake Elementary.
These records will be sent home with your child today and tomorrow. Parents are to keep these records until the fall.
If children are due for immunizations, it is recorded on their record in the envelope and invites parents to call their local health unit to book an appointment.
