Spring Fair a Big Success

Thank you to all the volunteers that made this year’s fair such a successful event for our school. Much fun was had by the children, their families and the school community. We will report on the financial success of this fundraiser in a coming post. The PAC is very grateful for all of  your participation.

PAC Annual General Meeting

This is a very important meeting as we will be running the Elections for the PAC Executive for the 2019/19 school year.  The meeting will be held on Tuesday May 22nd, 2018 at 7:00 PM in the school library. Click Here to view the Agenda.  You must attend in person to vote (no proxy voting) and nominations may be received at the meeting.

If you are interested in running for a position, wish to nominate someone (please get their permission first) or have any questions, please contact the Chair of the Nominating Committee, Jenny Eastman at prospectlakepac@sd63.bc.ca .

All positions are open for election each year. You can look here (insert link) for descriptions of each position. Please feel free to ask questions about the various positions.

It is very important that we get new parents to carry on the PAC Executive roles. Some positions require more involvement and time than others, but most require just 3 to 4 hours a month, and can be job-shared.Come help out – we need you.
