Order your child’s Art Cards! 

It is now time to order your child’s Art Cards online! All the classes are now busy working on art projects for our winter Art Card Fundraiser. PAC volunteers will take a photo of your child’s art and make it into 5 x 7 cards. These high quality cards will be sold as packages of six, including envelopes. They make great Christmas cards! You can place your order at https://ples.hotlunches.net. If you don’t have access to a computer, you can pick up a paper order form at Ms Blackwell’s desk. Order deadline will be November 17^th. 

Halloween Dance

The Halloween Howl was a huge success. We raised a little over 2000 dollars, thanks to all the parents and families who donated equipment, baking, and their time to volunteer. We very much appreciate the teachers that participated throughout the evening, thank you!

Donations

A special thanks goes out to Sluggett Farms for their donation of pumpkins for the Pumpkin Run. To Lisa Jones for donating Tim Horton's Hot Chocolate and coffee for the field trip to Goldstream. And to Country Grocer for donating all the buns and hotdogs.

Purdy's Christmas Fundraiser   

If you haven't had a chance to look at all the yummie Christmas chocolates yet, please do. This is a great fundraiser for our school. 25 per cent of all the proceeds go back to our school. Order deadline is November 26th. Go to http://purdysgpp.com/ and register.

November PAC meeting

Please join us on Tuesday November 21^st from 6.45 pm in the library for another important meeting as we continue our discussion and final voting on the topic of purchasing additional iPads for the school. And we will talk about earthquake preparedness.

Red Barn Cards

COPACS Parent Involvement Meeting 

Parent Involvement Meeting: Policy 1100 Meeting is on Thursday November 9th. Each PAC that fills six or more seats at the meeting will get a price. There are treats and door prizes!  Childcare will be available (please contact us to confirm so we can plan accordingly).  There will be a short discussion on the policy and then an interactive information session. It will be a great evening with lots of information shared so please join us! More info to come.

Our November Hot Lunch includes Booster juice and Sushi. If you haven't placed your order yet, please do so at https://ples.hotlunches.net . Deadline to order for the last two hot lunches of the year is Nov 10th. We regrettably won’t be able to accept any late orders.
