The Prospect Lake Elementary Parent Advisory Council (PAC) would like to welcome families to another great year at Prospect Lake Elementary!
Our little school has grown to 235 students and it’s wonderful to see all their smiling faces ready to tackle this new school year.
The PAC invites you to get involved and help enrich your child’s education by attending PAC meetings and volunteering.
As a parent/legal guardian of a child in attendance at Prospect Lake you are automatically a voting member of the Prospect Lake PAC and can play a very important role in your child's school experience.

Meetings take place at the school library and start at 7:00 PM but we welcome everyone from 6:45 PM on for snacks and coffee/tea. We look forward to seeing everyone there.

Getting Started:
- Go to ples.hotlunches.net
- Click on "Click Here to Register"
- Enter Access Code PLHL
- Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including
your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about order
deadlines). Don't forget your password!!
- Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom
- Click the "Students" button at the bottom to add each child in your family who attends Prospect Lake Elementary.
Once fundraisers are added to the system you will be able to see them on the “Orders” page.

You can either pay with a credit card as a PayPal guest (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), or set up your own PayPal account.

Please note: there is a $0.30 user fee for each transaction. Planning ahead, by making multiple orders and for all your children at once, will cut down on costs.
The Confederation of Parent Advisory Councils of Saanich (COPACS) is the official representative for all PACS in School District 63. Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend monthly COPACS meetings or contact us directly to receive updates of issues, activities and concerns of PACS in our district. If you have any individual questions or concerns, please send an email to the copacssd63@gmail.com. COPACS meets on the first Thursday of the month at 7 pm at the Saanich Schools' Education Centre. Their first meeting is on Thursday, October 5th.
