Silent Auction: We need your donations now. We have donations from Bin 4 Burger, Booster Juice, Above the Rest Esthetics and many more fabulous local businesses. Special thanks to the staff member who has donated a dozen freshly baked cookies monthly for a school year! Wow. Please deliver your items to the Multipurpose Room (gift cards to Mrs. Blackwell). Auction will be open the week of the Country Themed Family Dance - May 18-22. Thank you everyone.

Wednesday, May 20 PAC Annual General Meeting and Elections. Please join us as we prepare for next year. Nominations are open for all PAC Executive positions.

Science Fair Judges Needed: Thursday, May 21, 9 - 11 AM.  If you are willing, please reply to Mrs. Evans in person or call the school at 250.727.3314.

Please keep saving your recyclable beverage containers! Our school has a good chance to win an extra $2000 from the Bottle Depot. We are currently at the top of our category. Please pitch in - collect from friends and neighbours. You can drop off your donation at the office.

Friday, May 1: Hot Lunch Day. Pizza will be served 

Monday, May 4: Non- Instructional Day. No students in session.

Tuesday, May 5: Spring Plant Orders ready for pick up. 3 - 6 PM in the gym.

Thursday, May 7 COPACS Meeting at Prospect Lake. School Board Chair (and former Saanich school PAC & COPACS member) Victoria Martin will be at the meeting to answer questions from families.

Monday, May 11: Whole School Dansko Recital. 12:30 PM. Families welcome to come see what we've learned in our hip-hop dance unit.

Tuesday, May 19:  Whole School and class photos.  Photos will be taken first thing in the morning!

Thursday, May 21: Science Fair at Prospect Lake School. 9 - 11 AM. Students involved, please have your science fair projects ready to show.

Friday, May 22: Family Dance and Silent Auction. Western theme so get out your hats. DJ Carrot Top is ready to have some fun! We need volunteers for set up, concession, clean up etc. 30 minute shifts. Volunteer form coming home shortly.

Wednesday, May 25: Saanich Police All School Bike Rodeo. Students bring bikes and helmets to school for the morning.
