·Basket ball for school teams: Wednesday, Feb. 11. Players, check your schedules.
·Popcorn Day: Friday, Feb. 13. Bring $1 if you forgot to order and would like your child to have popcorn.

·Art card order forms will soon come out. Have a look at the display in the foyer for samples.
·PAC Meeting: Monday, Feb 16: 6:45 PM in the library. This is a very important meeting for all families. We will discuss the future of the future of the PAC. We would like your feedback on events, communication and how to spend the money we raise. Also, Royal Oak School principal, Carly Hunter will attend to give a presentation and to answer questions that remain after the Royal Oak Open House last week. Grade Four and Five parents are especially encouraged to attend.
·Early Dismissal: Wednesday & Thursday, Feb 18 & 19: School day ends at 1:48 and busses run at that time as usual.
·Non-Instructional Day: Friday, Feb 20. Students not in session.
·Tod Creek Watershed Exploration & Bus Tour: Saturday, Feb 28. 10 AM - 2PM. The Evergreen Foundation will host a bus tour of the Tod Creek Watershed from Maltby Lake to Snidcel -Tod Creek Inlet. This is our local watershed at Prospect Lake. Join in for a relaxing half day trip and bring your binoculars! Lunch provided.
