- Only four weeks to Aloha Spring Fair! Watch for the display in the foyer to change this week to show what amazingly fun events are coming up at the fair. Let’s get our kids excited about this community event. Get out your tropical shirts and grass skirts. Dressing up is encouraged (for those willing).
- Food orders: Please send in your concession pre-order form if you haven't done so already. To keep food waste to a minimum, we would love these forms to be returned with an idea of what everyone in your family would order. No payment at this time. Please send in ASAP.
- Volunteers: We still need more volunteers for all venues. If you forgot to submit your form, you can still send it in, or email Julie Pinel with your name, contact number/email and what time you’d like to do a half hour shift (between 4:00 – 9:00 pm) brujuATshaw.ca
- Fun Venues at the Fair: dunk tank, bake sale, cake walk, angry birds, fishing pond, concession, soccer shoot out , Football throw, bouncy castle, and much more
- Silent Auction Items Needed: We will have a silent auction at the fair. If you (or a family member or friend) has a business that could donate a prize, please contact Stef Hutchison at jsllhutchAThotmail.com. New items (or gently used), or any services all very gratefully received. Items may be dropped off at the office.
- Flea Market donations are still needed. Please clean out those closets, we especially need toys for prizes for our kids. All donation to the multipurpose room.
- Next Spring Fair meeting: Everyone is welcome. Thursday, May 15, 6:30 – 7:30 in the library
