Dear Prospect Lake Parents and Guardians,
I am writing to inform you of the new teachers who have become a part of the Prospect Lake staff in January and those who will be joining us in September 2014:
- In January Mrs. Melissa Bourdon became our new Librarian. Mrs. Bourdon worked at Prospect last year and has been working as a librarian at Keating Elementary since September.
- Mrs. Aimee Burns will take over Miss. Morris' class from January until June. Mrs. Burns has been a regular toc at Prospect and taught Ms. Morris' class last year during her medical leave.
- Miss. Delaney Hawley will teach Mrs. Primrose's kindergarten class from January until June. Miss. Hawley taught kindergarten at Cordova Bay and Lochside and brings a great deal of expertise to this position.
- Mrs. Rose Gladwin will fill Mrs. Primrose's kindergarten position in September. Mrs. Gladwin has taught in the Saanich District for many years and is currently teaching Kindergarten at Brentwood Elementary.
- Ms. Donna Collet will assume Ms. Morris' intermediate position in September. Ms. Collet is currently teaching and vice principal at Kelset Elementary and brings a wealth of experience and skill to her new position.
