The COPACS Executive are pleased to present formal notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Confederation of Parents’ Advisory Councils of Saanich. All parents and guardians of students registered in SD63 are invited to attend.

- Time: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM (COPACS meeting) followed by the AGM at 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Location: Individual Learning Centre (ILC) – 1649 Mt Newton Cross Rd, Saanichton
- Virtual: MS Teams
Business of the AGM:
- Receive from the Board a report of its activities of the year,
- Receive a report and approval of financial statements,
- Adopt a budget for the coming year, and,
Election of Board of Directors:
- President
- 1st Vice-President
- 2nd Vice-President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Communications Support
- Hospitality Coordinator
- Grandparent Advisor
- Parent Advocate
COPACS Committees:
- Parent Resource Committee
- Climate Committee
- Website Committee
- Nomination Committee
- Governance Committee

well as on the COPACS Committees. If you
