HOT CHOCOLATE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We are in need of a few volunteers to help serve hot chocolate to the students during the Goldstream Park field trip.
Monday November 27th
1 x Volunteer: Pick-up and return 2 urns of hot chocolate from the Tim Hortons at 2890 Westshore Parkway.
Details:
- Pick up the two urns of hot chocolate by 9:00am.
- You will need to pay for the hot chocolate, $273.00 * please get a receipt *
- Your receipt can be electronically submitted or via paper submission.
- The PAC can e-transfer remittance to you.
- Return the two urns of hot chocolate back to Tim Hortons by noon after the field trip.
4 x Volunteers:
- 9:15-11:15am
- Serves cups of hot chocolate to the students
