PAC MEETING
Thank you to everyone that attended our first meeting of the year. It was fantastic to connect with returning parents and meet new parents as well.
Congratulations to Michelle McNally, the winner of a beautiful bouquet courtesy of Yvonne Hendry at The Flower Patch at Tiny Tree Herb Farm.

All orders must be in by September 25th.

HALLOWEEN HOWL
The Halloween Howl dance is back! We would like to invite all our PLES families to join us on Friday October 27 for our whole school dance. Come in costume, have some dinner and treats, and dance the night away!
For this to be a successful event, the PAC Executive needs your help. There is an immediate need for volunteer coordinators to help with the planning of this whole school event.
Coordinators are needed for the following roles: dance event coordinator, ticket sales, decorations, food, bake sale, and music. ALL coordinator roles can be shared!!
Volunteers are also needed for the night of the dance; help with set up and decorations, concession and bake sale set up, ticket sales, concession sales, bake sales, and clean up at the end of the night.

CLASS REPRESENTATIVES
Are you interested in supporting your child’s teacher and assisting if needed? Are you comfortable emailing the parents in your child’s class and organizing a winter and year end group gift? Would you like to get to know other families in your child’s class? Are you free the third Tuesday of each month to attend PAC meetings in person or virtually? If this sounds like something you would be interested in, sign up HERE to be your child’s class representative. Shared representative roles are welcome!

- Country Grocer: Please save your receipts from Country Grocer. Place them in the bucket on top of the wooden PAC mailbox beside Mrs. Blackwell’s desk. Country Grocer provides a percentage back from all receipts we return. The funds raised help support the current year's Grade 5 class with their year-end activities.
