STAFF APPRECIATION LUNCH - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
On Tuesday May 9th we would like to show our appreciation to all the great staff at Prospect Lake school by throwing them a special lunch. In order to have a successful meal, we need lots of help! If you are able to help out with this event, please sign-up HERE.
We are in need of volunteers to help with the following menu items:
- 5 x main dish - casserole, sandwiches, family favourites, hot / cold, etc.
- 4 x main dish - vegetarian option, hot / cold
- 6 x side dish - salad, fruit, bread/buns, veggies, etc.
- 3 x dessert
Notes for meal volunteers:
- Food can be dropped off at the school, in the gym, between 8:30 - 11:00am
- Food containers / trays should be clearly labelled with your family's name or use a recyclable container / tray that we will dispose of
- Include any notes regarding allergens: dairy / nuts / gluten-free / vegan / etc.
- Food containers / trays can be picked up, in the gym, at the end of the day
We are in need of volunteers to help with set-up, lunch service, and clean up:
- 4 x set-up, 9:00am - 11:00am
- 4 x lunch service and clean-up, 11:00am - 1:00pm
Notes for set-up, service and clean-up volunteers:
- Allow yourself enough time to park - lower lot or street parking.
- Masking is not required; personal choices will be respected.
