We are looking for volunteers to help out with the school's Carnaval Celebration.
When: Tuesday March 7th, 2023
Where: Prospect Lake Elementary School Gym
The school is looking for volunteers to help at the various stations in the gym. For example, helping with distribution at the maple syrup station.
There are 2 shifts available with the need of 3 - 6 volunteers per shift.
Shift 1: 8:55am - 11:15am
Shift 2: 12:05pm - 2:40pm
Please note, if you are able to help volunteer for part of a shift, please sign up and make a note in the comments section of the time you are able to attend.
Notes for Volunteers:
- Parking: Please plan ahead for parking. Parking is available at Whitehead Park, the Prospect Lake Community Hall, or along Prospect Lake Road and Sparton Road in the designated street parking spaces.
- We ask that all volunteers enter the school through the main office just before your shift.
- Sign in at Mrs. Blackwell's desk, sanitize your hands and proceed to the gym (please sign out at the end of your shift).
- Masking is optional and choices will be respected.
