PAC MEETING – In Person OR Virtual

We would like to invite all parents and guardians to join us this Tuesday, November 29 at 7:00pm for our last PAC meeting until January 2023.  This meeting will be held in person at the school in the Learning Commons (library) or from the comfort of your home via Microsoft Teams (link below).  When you join us in person, please enter the school through the main front doors, sanitize your hands, sign in at Mrs. Blackwell’s desk and proceed directly to the Learning Commons.  Masking is optional, and choices are respected.  Doors and MS Teams open at 6:45pm with the meeting starting promptly at 7:00pm.  November’s meeting agenda can be found HERE. Parking is available at the school.

PURDY’S CHOCOLATES FUNDRAISER

You are invited to support our school with the sweetest of fundraisers. The Purdy’s Chocolates Fundraiser is back for another year. Although we pay the same price online as you would in store, Purdy’s donates 25% back to the school, which in turn helps to better our children’s experiences. This year’s turnaround is FAST! Ordering is available now with a closing deadline of Tuesday November 29, 2021.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Winter Centerpiece Preparation

We are looking for 14 volunteers to help with the preparation of the whole school winter centerpiece activity.  This is a beautiful and unique craft that each child will prepare and bring home.  However, there is a lot of preparation required in order to facilitate this activity and we need lots of help! 

Volunteers will assist with cutting boughs and greenery into smaller pieces.  You will need garden clippers for this activity, and gloves are recommended but not required.  Preparations will be done outside, and you will be required to stand for the task.

The MunchaLunch system is open for ordering the remaining hot lunch for the year.
