PAC MEETING & AGM
Our last PAC Meeting of the year will be this Tuesday May 24, 2022. There are two options for attending this meeting, in person or virtually. You can join us at the school in the Learning Commons (the library), or through Microsoft Teams (link below). When joining us at the school, please enter through the main entrance, sanitize your hands, sign in and proceed to the Learning Commons (masking is optional). The washroom closest to Ms. Gregory's classroom is available if needed. Doors and MS Teams will be available starting at 6:45pm with the meetings starting promptly at 7:00pm.

This meeting is also our AGM where we will vote in new or returning executive members. We are still seeking nominations for all positions. Nominations will be accepted up to the day of voting. Nominations are accepted at the meeting prior to the start of voting, provided the nominee has the opportunity to accept or decline the nomination. All advanced nominations should be sent to prospectlakepac@gmail.com

President: Currently 1 nomination, open to more.
Vice President: Currently 0 nominations. Seeking nominations.
NOTE: The President and Vice-President roles can be shared between two people.
Secretary: Currently 1 nomination and seeking another to share the responsibilities.
Treasurer: Currently 1 nomination, open to more.
Communication and Correspondence Secretary: Currently 1 nomination, open to more.
COPACS Representative: Currently 0 nominations. Seeking nominations.
Members-at-Large: Currently 4 nominations, open to more. There are no limits on the number of Members-at-Large.

PARENT SOCIAL UPDATE!!
There are only 7 more days until this year's parent's social night!!
Come on out to the Prospect Lake Community Hall on Friday May 27, 2022 from 6:30pm-11:00pm for a fun night of Blackjack, Roulette, Wheel of Fortune, socializing, food, and drinks. We look forward to showcasing beer offerings from ÎLE SAUVAGE BREWING and Phillips Brewing & Malting Co. We would also like to invite any other interested Prospect Lake Elementary businesses to contact us if they are interested in participating too.
All tickets are available now for pre-ordering through the Hot Lunch Website. We highly encourage, and kindly request, that people book online to help ensure we have a clear idea of numbers.

HOT LUNCH
The Hot Lunch website is open to receive your orders for our last two hot lunches of the school year. 1. Friday June 3, 2022 - Pizza Lunch The last pizza lunch will be from Ali Baba pizza. Each large slice of pizza comes individually packaged in a box. There are no sides or drinks available to order to lessen the need for volunteers in the school. ** Gluten and Lactose Free Options Available ** Order By: Friday May 27, 2022 at 9:00pm - no late orders available!! 2. Wednesday June 15, 2022 - Subway (Lunch to accompany Beach Day) Let's make lunch for beach day as simple as possible by ordering your child their meal from Subway! Each lunch combo comes with a 6-inch sub, chocolate chip cookie and an apple juice box. Unfortunately, the supplier does not have a gluten free option available at this time; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. - Please save your receipts from Country Grocer and your Canadian Tire money. Place them in the bucket on top of the wooden PAC mailbox beside Mrs. Blackwell’s desk
