FUNDRAISERS
1. Spring Flowers
Thank you to everyone that ordered spring flowers! There have been a few changes to the pick-up date and location:
Pick Up Dates: Tuesday April 26 and Wednesday April 27
Time: 3:30-5:00pm

2. Hot Lunch – Friday April 22, 2022
TODAY!! Friday April 15, is the last day to order this month’s hot lunch.
April's meal comes from Ali Baba pizza. Each large slice of pizza comes individually packaged in a box. There are no sides or drinks available to order to lessen the need for volunteers in the school.

3. Spring Art
Cards
We will once again be selling spring art cards created by the students. Check your email for information on when to expect the sample and the exact ordering dates. The goal is to have the completed work distributed around April 27-29; a week before Mother’s Day.
4. Bottle Drive – Sunday April 24, 2022
The next bottle drive is scheduled for Sunday April 24th from 10am-2pm. Please save your empty beverage bottles, cans, cartons, plastic containers and “ready to drink” milk and plant-based beverage containers (milk jugs and almond milk cartons etc.)
We Need Your Help!!
In order to run this fundraiser, we only need 3 more volunteers to help with the sorting. It will only take a couple of hours and students are welcome to help alongside their parent as well. Please sign up at https://signupschedule.com/plespac to help ensure we have enough people throughout the day. This is a great way to meet other parents and have fun while helping raise funds for our children! Please note, if we do not have enough volunteers this fundraiser by THIS Monday April 18, it might be cancelled.
PAC MEETING – THURSDAY APRIL 21
Our next PAC Meeting will be on Thursday, April 21, 2022. To help support our staff and to help ensure a safe and healthy environment for our children, our PAC meetings are held virtually via Microsoft Teams only. MS Teams will open at 6:45pm with the meeting will start as normal at 7:00pm, just from the comfort of your home. The meeting agenda can be found HERE.

On Friday May 27, 2022, we will host a fun evening event for all PLES parents at the Prospect Lake Hall! We are still in the very early stages of planning. - Please save your receipts from Country Grocer and your Canadian Tire money. Place them in the bucket on top of the wooden PAC mailbox beside Mrs. Blackwell’s desk
