SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR IS
BACK!
When: December 1, 2, and 3, 2021
Where: Prospect Lake Elementary School, Undercover Area
Time: 2:30-4:00pm
Parents and families are welcome after school to come and shop! Student shopping is also available during lunch break on December 2 and 3 from 11:15-11:50am. Cash, cheque and credit cards are accepted methods of payment.

FUNDRAISERS
1. Purdy’s Chocolates
You are invited to support our school with the sweetest of fundraisers. The Purdy’s Chocolates Fundraiser is back for another year. Although we pay the same price online as you would in store, Purdy’s donates 25% back to the school, which in turn helps to better our children’s experiences. This year’s turnaround is FAST!
Ordering is available now with a closing deadline of Monday November 29, 2021.

Products are already selling out. To avoid disappointment, be sure to order soon.
Chocolate Pick Up will be mid-December at Prospect Lake Elementary School’s Gym. Specifics will be available closer to the dates.

2. Hot Lunch
There is still time to order for the last hot lunch before the winter break. Hot lunch will be on December 10 with orders due December 5.
3. Art Cards
Ordering is closed. The completed art cards should be coming home with your child by the end of next week.
4. PLES Clothing Orders
The company has advised us that due to supply chain issues, we might not receive the clothing order before Christmas. As we here new information, we will pass it along.
5. Growing Smiles Flowers Fundraiser – Winter Flowers
Ordering is closed. The company has informed us that the nurseries on the mainland all remained dry and operating during the floods. They are working hard to ensure orders are delivered on time.
PAC MEETING
Thank you to all who attended last nights virtual PAC meeting. The minutes for the meeting will be out in next weeks reminders. Stay tuned.

- Please save your receipts from Country Grocer and your Canadian Tire money. Place them in the bucket on top of the wooden PAC mailbox beside Mrs. Blackwell’s desk
- If you shop at Cobb’s Bread, please mention Prospect Lake School before you pay. 5% of what you spend comes back to the school.
