SCHOOL NEWS...
We certainly had a lot of fun outside with the snow last week. Lots of rosy cheeks and creative play! As we enter Term 2, some new extra curriculum opportunities are starting up.
Basketball: All Grade 4/5 are welcome to join. Practices are held on Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:15-11:55 with Mrs. Harward and Mrs. Bossence. There will be after school games and a district elementary school jamboree on March 6.
Knitting Club: Students in Grade 1-5 interested in learning to knit are invited to sign up with Mrs. Evans. There will be announcements for students to attend on Wednesday at lunch hour (11:15)
Swim Club: Congratulations to our swim team at their first swim meet this Sunday at Commonwealth Pool. Way to represent Prospect Lake Panthers!
Kindergarten Information Evening: Wednesday, January 22, 2020, 7:00 - 8:30 pm at Keating Elementary, 6843 Central Saanich Rd, Victoria. Children born in 2015 are eligible to register for Kindergarten at your neighbourhood school.
Kindergarten Registration: January 27-31, 2020 from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm at Prospect Lake Elementary. Children born in 2015 are eligible to register for Kindergarten at your neighbourhood school. Please refer to the District website for the registration process and required documentation.
