To ensure that everyone who would like to is able to participate in our first hot lunch day, we have extended the order deadline to the end of day Thursday September 19th.
PLEASE NOTE: Only online payments will be accepted, we are unable to accept any cash or cheques for the order extension, apologies for any inconvenience.
Important: If you have entered an order into the system but have not yet paid, please do so by the end of day Thursday September 19th or the order will be cancelled.
To get set up in the system and order hot lunch please follow the steps below:
Each year you will have to create a new account, the system is wiped of families information and the end of each school year and therefore the system is not able to recover the user or password that was previously used.
1. Go to ples.hotlunches.net
2. Click the “register” button at the top right hand corner to sign up.
3. Our school code is PLHL
4. Enter your name, email address and phone number then a user ID that you will use for
access to the system.
5. Enter a password and then enter it again to verify it’s correct.
6. Once registered, you will be logged into the website.
7. Please add your Prospect Lake students by clicking the “students” button below or the
“profile” menu tab in order to proceed.
8. Once the students have been added you will be able to place orders by clicking the “order” button below each child’s name.
9. Choose your child's hot lunch items, submit order and complete payment
