Apologies for the second email. A quick correction. The first topic in the email referred to PAC Meeting Minutes. It should have indicated PAC Meeting Agenda - for the PAC meeting on March 14th. Here is the corrected information.

COPACS - funding for students
COPACS would like some feedack from the PACs n the Saanich School District about a specific part of government funding to schools. The government recently announced $ 50 per FTE student in funding to districts to reduce pressures around resourcing classrooms for the new curriculum and back to school costs to parents. The school board needs to decide how best to allocate this one time funding. COPACs will collect feedback from each PAC in Saanich and then share with the district. Of particular interest to COPACs, what do you think should be the priorities be in allocating this money?
This issue will be discussed at the PAC meeting, after which our feedback will be consolidate and passed onto COPACS and Mark Guiguet. If you can not attend the meeting, you can email you thoughts directly to the PAC at prospectlakepac@sd63.bc.ca
