Lost and Found
Our Lost and Found is located in the central foyer of the school. Already our clothes rack is filled with items that have been left on the playground or around the school. Please check to see if any of the clothing belongs to your child as we will be donating these to charity at the end of this week.
Wifi Proposal
On Tuesday, October 11 parents are invited to attend a meeting at Prospect regarding our proposal to bring wifi access to the school. The meeting will take place in the library at 6:00pm. The purpose of the meeting is to once again share our plan and to provide an opportunity for parents to ask question and share information.
Photo Day
On Friday, October 7 individual student photos will be taken. All children will have their photo's taken for our records. Families will then have the opportunity to purchase various sets of photos if they wish.
Grade Five Bottle Drive
On Saturday, October 15th, from 10-2pm the Grade 5 class is having a bottle drive (for all types of beverage containers) at Prospect Lake School. The proceeds of the bottle drive will go towards the Grade 5 end of the year farewell trip to Camp Thunderbird. All grade 5 children will be responsible for collecting containers before this date but we are also accepting donations from all our Prospect Lake families. So .... ask your friends, neighbours, co-workers and family; collect as many as you can! Please bring your collection to the drive at the school on Saturday, the 15th. If you can't drop bottles off please contact tianna.dupuis@gmail.com and we can make arrangements for someone to pick them up.
Thank you very much from the graduating Grade 5 class.
