When: Friday June 24th
Time: Leave for the trip at 9:30am by school bus
Busses will pick up at 2pm and return to the school
What to bring:
PAC will be supplying hot dogs, chips and Rice Krispies to the students and families. Please bring extra food/snacks to supplement.
Water bottle with many servings as there will be no water at the beach.
Sand toys&tools (i.e. bucket, shovel...) for building sandcastles~have them labelled with the family name for easier sharing and return
If it is a hot and sunny day we will require all children to wear a
t-shirt or a sun suit
Sunscreen!!! Even if it is a cloudy day.
Hat!!!
Light jacket, in case it's windy
Towel
Appropriate clothing for the weather
Special Note: There are rocks and barnacles at Cordova Bay Beach. Many students that wore flip flops last year ended up with cuts to their feet. It is strongly recommended that students wear water shoes or sandals as a prevention.
