Mac Tac Thank You
A big huge Thank You goes out to all parents, grandparents and younger siblings who have spent hours covering our Guided Reading books, and Home Readers. It was a big job but it is done now. We celebrated with coffee and muffins courtesy of the staff at Prospect Lake School. It was a job well done. There are reports back that the kids really like the books, and that parents are finding that they ”work” - their kids are learning to read! Those are the spoken words that make what we do at the school all worthwhile. Thanks again.

Cake Walk Drop Off
A reminder to drop cakes off in the gym and any other baking can be dropped off in the Multi-Purpose Room the morning and after school on May 27th. Ticket sales will open again at 4:30pm as well.
Neon Spring Blast Fair Fundraiser Updates:
Tickets used for the various events at the Neon Spring Blast will be available for sale the morning of May 27th
We need more volunteers to be able to run all the fun activities we have planned for our kids! Visit the sign-up sheet link below to sign up for a couple 30 minute slots at the event (or more). You’ll still get a chance to enjoy a lot of the event before or after your volunteering. It’s a great way of getting to know some of the families at the event. Some of areas of help require being there 30 minutes before the event starts (setup at 4:30pm). We have already collected some great items for our Silent Auctions and we are still accepting donations. We are especially looking for gift certificates to local business including restaurants. Staff Appreciation Luncheon:
Just after the Neon Spring Blast, we’ll be looking for some parents to help bring some West Coast inspired food to school for our Staff Appreciation Luncheon. Sign-up for those who can bring food will be done online. Look for an email on May 30th.
