Have fun and help your PAC raise funds for our school. Fifty percent of all proceeds go to funding resources, programs and special events for our kids.
Detailed instructions on how to play are on the bottom of the pink Hockey Pool order form.
To play all you need to do is:
- Fill out one order form for each family team you want to enter. There is no limit to the number of teams entered. You can make copies of the order form and play as many teams as you’d like.
- Submit $20 cash or cheque made out to PLES PAC for each team you enter by the closing date of October 6th. You may send that in with you child to school or drop off the form with payment at the school office.
- Double check your email address is correct. After the closing date, you will receive by email a link where you can go to check your team’s standings as the season progresses.
Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be paid out after the season ends on April 9th.
