Fill in your contact information. (In the ‘Telephone’ line, please add the teacher’s last name and your child’s name to ensure that the orders are sorted accurately. (i.e. 250-555-5555 Hamilton/Tommy Smith) create your own personal password and click ‘Register’ then ‘Continue’
