PAC Meeting
On Tuesday, April 17 we will have some interesting guests at our monthly PAC-meeting. Click here for the agenda. Carly Hunter, the Principal of Royal Oak Middle school, will be there to answer all of your questions about the transition into middle school. Especially interesting for Grade 5 parents.
We also have Kate Berniaz, the Transportation Program Manager from the CRD, with an update on the safe to school routes. Click Here to view the summary about the walkabout.
Doors open at 6.45 pm for coffee and
treats and we will have Childminding available. Please let us know if you are

Please include a note with your dish that includes your name, the name and origin of the dish, the main ingredients or allergens and any instructions about warming or serving. Please aim to make a dish that will feed approximately 8 people.
It would be great if all children can bring a flower (from your yard is fine) to the school in the morning, so we can arrange some bouquets for the teachers and staff.
Please drop your contributions off at the entrance/kitchen/gym in the morning, but no later than 11.00 am. Thank you for supporting the staff at Prospect Lake.

Raffle baskets at the Spring Fair
As part of our Spring Fair on Thursday, May 17,
2018, the PAC will be displaying a variety of Raffle Baskets for you to win! In
order to make this a successful event we are asking that every student
contribute one item. To make things easy for you, we’re happy to accept Gift Cards or
cash/
The raffle baskets will be displayed in the school foyer the week leading up to the Spring Fair. Tickets will be sold during the Spring Fair and Baskets will be raffled at the end of the evening on May 17. Please contact your PAC if you’ve got any questions.
The themes are: Division 1 and 2 – Family Night; Division 3 – Spa; Division 4 – Gardening; Division 5 and 11 – Lego; Division 6 and 8 – Gourmet Food; Division 7 and 12– Arts/Crafts; Division 9 and 10 – Backyard Fun & Games.
