Spring Blast Fair Fundraiser Updates:

We need more volunteers to be able to run all the fun activities we have planned for our kids! Visit the sign-up sheet link below to sign up for a couple 30 minute slots at the event (or more). You’ll still get a chance to enjoy a lot of the event before or after your volunteering. It’s a great way of getting to know some of the families at the event. Some of areas of help require being there 30 minutes before the event starts (setup at 4:30pm). Each area has a lead volunteer who will instruct you at the event (and may share some details with you before). Here is the link: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30e0c49adac28a3f94-2016 . Thank you volunteers! You rock!

We have already collected some great items for our Silent Auctions and we are still accepting donations. We are especially looking for gift certificates to local business including restaurants. If you need a letter to provide to a business to ask for donation, or if you have other questions, please contact Tynke Landsmeer at tynke.landsmeer@gmail.com or cell: 250.580.2054.

We are also still collecting gently used toys for our toy sale. If you have interested in donating, please drop them off at the multi-purpose room. Any questions please contact Nina Heft at nina@mrbitter.org.

Look for cake walk form next week and start planning your fancy cakes for the contest.

For any concession related questions please contact Andrea Rantucci at ttellum@hotmail.com or Breena Blazkow at bblazkow@hotmail.com .
