School News

PAC Meeting: Join us Monday, March 7 for our PAC meeting at the school library. All are welcome! Come at 6:30 to learn "String Art" with Michele Hibbens. Weave and bend a loop of string around your hands, and voilà! A butterfly, a house, or a Cat’s Cradle appears. Hundreds of figures and the stories that go with them are what make up “String Figures”; a clever activity invented by indigenous cultures on every continent. Come learn some easy tricks and figures to share with your family; it’s a fun, engaging, develops eye-hand coordination, invites invention, and creates immediate smiles!

Then at 7:00 PM our regular meeting begins with Saanich Police School Liaison Officer Cordell Phillips, who will join us to discuss the school liaison program in addition to the Principal’s Report and PAC business segments. Join us for this information-packed evening. Meeting Agenda is attached.

Rats! Musical Performance: The children have been working so hard to put on a great show for you and are so excited!  Here are some last minute reminders for the upcoming performance:

  • Parking will be very limited. Please carpool if possible.

  •  Admission will be by donation to support our school.
